She started work as a photographer’s assistant in 1993 but wanting to get more involved in brand building and the entire creative process, she migrated into the world of advertising. During her 10 yrs at Grey and WCRS, she was responsible for managing key accounts such as BUPA, Orange, Trebor Bassett, TUI, Camelot, Smithkline Beecham, working on NPD projects and producing fully integrated campaigns.
Mid-noughties she took her ability to spot talent and pull diverse teams together into the world of headhunting, setting up the ATL division at Major Players before transferring to Singapore with The Talent Business and subsequently ending up in-house as Chief People Officer for OMG APAC.
She now brings that breadth of experience into her role at Fabrica Collective, building strong client relationships, assembling teams with relevant skill sets to meet requirements and keeping projects on track.
She is a global people connector, a quick thinker, optimistic with a dose of pragmatism, future focussed yet flexible. Her core skills include client relationship management, talent spotting, team & culture building, D&I, L&D, account handling and production.
I’ve always been curious about the people around me, the planet we live on, and fueled by an insatiable desire to experience and learn from new cultures, customs, processes, and points of view. My time living and working in Asia opened my eyes to different ways of doing things, enabling me to evolve my capabilities.
Goal orientated and results-driven, love working to deadlines. Definitely not a tech geek, leave that to the others.
Travel (cities and mountains preferred), photography (mostly just Instagram these days), walking, sailing, interior design.
An avid listener to podcasts with an eclectic interest in the arts.
A healthy appetite for all types of food (currently trying a plant based diet), a taste for decent wine, both made better when shared in the company of good friends.
Having lived in Asia for the last 8 years I am looking forward to returning to my roots and experiencing London life through new eyes. Reconnecting with old friends, rummaging through farmers markets, taking in exhibitions at galleries, and just getting lost in the city and surrounding countryside
A proud niece and very thankful both parents are still healthy and sane, long may it last.
